Gate Driver IC
The AT344JT is a single channel isolated gate driver with complete protection features. It can be used for fast-switching drive and protection of power IGBTs, Si and SiC MOSFETs.The driver incorporates galvanically isolated technology to enable 3333 Vrms input-to-output isolation voltage and high transient immunity (100 V/ns) as required in the industrial and automotive applications.
